1. Unused airtime can be carried forward to next month until March and September of each year
2. After all "Heart-to-Heart" free talk time is consumed, thereafter usage for "Heart-to-Heart" call will be deducted from basic free talk time first (if applicable).
3. Pool Sharing Scheme -Customers under same account can choose to share basic airtime & HTH airtime
4. 3 reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions.
5. Existing customers of 3 can be automatically entitled to enjoy new talk plans (effective from 20 May 2004).

• Only business organizations, associations or government departments are eligible to join the 3 corporate and association program.
• A minimum of 5 (applicable to Group A plans) / 20 (applicable to Group T plans) staffs/members from each company/organization is required to join the program.
• Each staff/member is entitled to one quota of this corporate and association program.
• Corporate staff must present a copy of their staff ID card or other valid documents of their company for verification of their corporate staff identity.
• Association member must present a copy of their proof of membership in form of reference letter or membership card or other valid documents from the respective association upon registration of the corporate & association program.
• Should the corporate entity cease the business or undergo change of ownership, the corporate and association program will immediately be terminated.
• Should a staff/member have their employment/membership terminated with the corporate entity/ association, the corporate entity/ association is responsible to notify 3 immediately. All other staffs/members will not be affected by the service termination.
• Unless otherwise specified, the contract period of this corporate and association program is 12 months.
• Subscriber is not allowed to transfer the service to another person, cease the service or change to a non-eligible service plan within the contract period.
• Should the subscriber with handset purchase suspend the service or terminate the agreement within the contract period, or change to a non-eligible service plan, they are liable to pay the Liquidated Damages Charges of MOP300. All the unclaimed offers, rebate and prepayment will be forfeited immediately.
• "Heart to Heart" talk time applies to local outgoing and incoming calls between two 3 subscribers.
• Unused talk time can be carried forward until March and September of each year.
• This corporate and association program cannot be combined with any other special offer from 3, unless other specified by 3.
• 3 reserves the right to reject any applications.
• 3 reserves the right to amend the above terms & conditions.
• 3 reserves the right to amend the tariff after mutual agreement with customers and the tariff amendment is subject to government's approval.
