Assistant Manager - Finance

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial analysis and management accounts
  • Conduct month end closing and reconciliation
  • Maintain inventory and fixed assets accounting           
  • Monitor payment and tenancy review                                          

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in large commercial corporates
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
  • Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Administrative Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of general clerical duties
  • Manage and maintain COO’s schedule
  • Arrange meetings and appointments
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with various departments
  • Handle ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in office administration.
  • Mature, well-organized and strong communications skill
  • Can work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS applications.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.

 

Application Support Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for second level support of business support systems
  • Perform excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate to vendor and track status
  • Coordination and liaison with business support system vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Familiar with monitoring tools used for application monitoring and can define and interpret complex application alerts
  • Able to write monitoring scripts for application monitoring when required
  • Give timely response to incident tickets
  • Able to analyze the impact of system problems and maintain good communication with affected users
  • Review Unit Test/SIT system testing plans and testing results provided by system vendor
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in application support
  • SQL and Shell scripts knowledge is a must
  • Familiar with JAVA knowledge and Linux Operation System is an advantage
  • Prior work experience in telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)

 

Customer Service Manager 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of customer service hotline & service activation team, ensure continue improvement on service quality
  • Monitor and review the service performance and control the compliance of working procedures
  • Manage and ensure customer complaints being handled and resolved timely & effectively
  • Identify service issue and reflect to appropriate parties for service improvement
  • Plan and conduct product or service UAT to meet committed delivery dates

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services and hands-on experience in call centre operations is preferable
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin

 

Marketing Officer – Business planning and churn management

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist manager to supervise and maintain smooth operation of business planning and churn management
  • Conduct daily sales and churn/ retention performance analysis on a timely basis
  • Define segment potential, identify segment opportunities and decide go-to-market strategy of tele-marketing
  • Monitor KPI performance and provide timely suggestion in business strategy adjustment
  • Support marketing daily operations & responsible for management report consolidation
  • Conduct cost analysis and work closely with Finance team for budget alignments

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing preferably in telecom industry
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
