Beside from 3Website, My3Macau App and "和記電訊澳門"Wechat Account for instant payment,3Customers can choose other methods for payment.

1. Autopay requires application at 3shops, for which, Bank account requires 4-6weeks and credit card (American Express is not applicable) requires 2-4 weeks.
2. ATM Payment is applicable for cardholders of JETCO. The merchant code for 3Macau/Hutchison is "103"。For account no. please login My3Account or call *8100.
3. For phone banking and bank counter service, please allow 3 working days to process the payment request and service charged may be required.

  Via Electornic Payment  

After login MPay App, please choose More> Bill Payment> 3Macau.

  Via Post  
Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Hutchison Telephone (Macau) Company Limited" and mailed with your payment slip to

 PO Box 95 General Post Office Macau

1. Please do not post by cash, cash cheque and post-dated cheque.。 

2. Please do not staple the cheque with payment slip. Please write your Account Number at the back of the cheque and allow at least 3 working days for your cheque to reach us before the Payment Due Date.
3. No receipt will be issued.
4. Hutchison Telephone (Macau) Company Limited reserves the right to levy a service charge to your account and to suspend your autopay service without prior notice if your cheque/autopay is returned.

Shop e-Self Care Kiosks
Via e-Self Care Kiosks, you can check the Account Summery and do the Fast Pay via MacauPass, MPay and Alipay.


1. The e-self payment could mot be processed if the balance of Macau Pass is not enough or the card is invalid. Please remember to log out after use for protecting your personal information.

2. By using Macau Pass to pay 3Macau monthly service fee , you are agreeing the following terms:

    5. This Services above don’t support payment with account balance in MacauPass app or Alipay.

    6. 3Macau reserves right to modify the terms of use and amendment shall be effective upon publishing on 3Macau Website.

Watsons Store
Simply provide your account number (press *8200) or the monthly statement at any Watsons Store to settle your payment and please allow 3 working days to process your payment.

Starting from 2021/5/1, 4G users can simply present the QR code on the paper/e-bill at 7-Eleven Macau to settle the payment. Please allow 3 working days to process your payment. 7-Eleven will charge handing fee of MOP$1 per bill.
