Easy Top-Up service introduction

Introduction
Easy Top-Up is a valued-added service for data usage purchase. Customers have to go through the application process to enjoy the extra data.

When data usage remains  500MB, there will be an SMS alert:

3Macau: As of [YYYYMMDDHHMM], [66668888] has less than 500MB usable data left. Reply "1" to top up 200MB ($21), "2" for 500MB ($38), "3" for 1GB ($68). Top-up data expires upon current billing cycle ends. Enquiry hotline: 1118.


SMS will be recieved upon effective. To check bill cyle, please dial *8100 (individual account) or *8110 (family plan account).

If the data usage has reached the limit with an alert sms received, local data usage will be suspended, customer is required to purchase additional usage data, any unused data usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month.
3Macau: As of [YYYYMMDDHHMM], [66668888] has no remaining usable data left, data services were therefore duly suspended.  Reply "1" to top up 200MB ($21), "2" for 500MB ($38), "3" for 1GB ($68). Top-up data expires upon current billing cycle ends. Enquiry hotline: 1118.

Customers have to apply the Easy Top-Up service via website or My3Macau App for extra data to enjoy the data service. Or else, the data service will only be resumed on the next bill month.

Login in your account, then select “Easy Top-Up”
 
   
A. Buy Local Data Usage
Step 1: Select“Buy” Step 2: Select Value of Top-Up Local Data, than click“Next”
3: Read the T&C , than click Step 4: Completed
 The top-up data will be reflected on "Current
Available Local Data"
 
   
B. Mobile Data Top-Up History : Please call 1118
